One of the great things about working for Missouri State University is knowing that each and every day the work we do is important. Everyday we work together to give our students, staff and colleagues a supportive environment. No matter what role we play at Missouri State, we provide students from all walks of life with something invaluable - an education. I would have had to delay my graduation and work full-time without scholarships. Now, as a faculty member, I know there are many opportunities to help students besides scholarships including money for research projects and for travel to conferences.
