Messages of gratitude, honor and love inscribe the bricks of the Plaster Student Union Brick Bear Paths. These messages were relocated from the Brick Dedication Patio to the front of the Robert W. Plaster Student Union in the newly designed Bear Paths for more patrons of the Union to view, as well as allow for continued growth of the popular recognition program.

Participants of this unique program are provided up to three lines, each with fourteen characters, to be engraved on a granite brick honoring graduates, teachers, friends or special milestones.

Current messages from alumni, faculty and staff members, university organizations and departments and friends of the university pay tribute to the university or someone special. Ongoing efforts of the program invite parents of graduating seniors to reserve a brick through contact by student callers with the Phone Campaign.
