After the end of each fiscal year the Donor Relations Department within the Foundation sends out an endowment letter to all contacts of endowed funds. These letters update contacts on the Foundation as a whole and outline specifics about what additions and withdraws were made to the specific fund that fiscal year.
When the Foundation receives gifts in honor of someone, letters are sent to the honoree notifying them that a gift has been made in their honor and listing the name and address of the donor. When the gift is a memorial gift, letters are sent to the family of the deceased, if there is family information made available. Letters are also prepared for the contact of the designated fund
