The Power of Women

BearsWIN (Women's Impact Network) is a network of advocates who honor the impact of women by addressing the most pressing needs of students at MSU. We optimize our time, talent and resources to turn big ideas into measurable and meaningful change for Missouri State University. By 2026, BearsWIN hopes to celebrate raising awareness and at least $500,000 for three areas that affect students from all backgrounds across the MSU system. Your gift will bring us that much closer to our philanthopic goals.

Degree Completion Support

Degree Completion Support

The BearsWIN Degree Completion Fund was established to assist students who have some financial-support needs in order to complete a degree. On average, the degree completion grant award is $2,232.

Mental Wellness

Seventy-one percent of college students said they were struggling with stress, anxiety and depression. The BearsWIN Mental Wellness Fund provides financial assistance for students seeking counseling or psychiatric services at Magers.

West Plains Campus

Studies found 11% of college students are considered neurodivergent. The GrizzliesWIN Mental Wellness and Neurodiversity Fund at MSU-West Plains benefits select students on the MSU-West Plains campus.

“Tears of joy about the service. This has been so helpful for my student.“
