Mo State License Plates
Show your Bear pride while supporting student scholarships.
Since 1991, the Missouri State University license plate program has provided scholarship support for students. By purchasing a Missouri State license plate, you help create opportunities for future Bears while displaying your connection to the university.
Missouri residents who are alumni, students, parents, fans or friends of Missouri State are eligible to apply for a Missouri State license plate.
Cost
A minimum annual contribution of $25 to the Missouri State License Plate Fund qualifies you for a Missouri State license plate.
$25 covers one year. $50 covers two years for those eligible for biennial registration.
Personalized (vanity) plates require an additional $15 fee payable to the Missouri Department of Revenue.
How to order your license plate
Make your contribution
Make your annual gift to the Missouri State License Plate Fund. After completing your
gift, save your email receipt. The receipt includes your Emblem Use Authorization
Statement (EUAS), which is required for your application.
Complete your application
Complete the Missouri Department of Revenue personalized license plate application.
Submit your materials
Mail the following to the Missouri Department of Revenue:
- Completed application
- $15 check (for personalized plates only)
- Copy of your EUAS (included with your gift receipt)

Receive your plates
Once your application is processed, your plates will be sent to the license office
you selected on your application. The Missouri Department of Revenue will notify you
by mail when they are ready for pickup. Please allow 6–8 weeks for processing.
