Meyer Event Center Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event in the Kenneth E. Meyer Event Center at the Clifton M. Smart III University Advancement Center.

This form serves as an initial event interest request and does not guarantee a reservation. Requests are reviewed based on availability, university priorities and operational requirements. A member of the University Advancement Center team will contact you regarding the status of your request and next steps.

The event space can seat up to 200 at round tables.
Dining/Catering will need to be made with Missouri State University’s food service provider, Chartwells.

Events with dates after Nov. 16, 2026 are being considered for booking.
